8. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates do not guarantee employment or professional licensure
Employers may verify certificates through our online verification system

9. User Content and Communications

If you submit content, participate in discussions, or communicate through our platform:

You grant us a license to use, display, and store your content for service provision
You represent that you have the right to share such content
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms
Professional healthcare discussions must maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
